Labor Day Memories

Summer's winding to a close - as are the fun and memories from a superb Labor Day weekend in Southern Maryland...though there's still plenty of eels to catch, the spot are biting hard, and the crabbies are still populating our pots...now looking forward to the upcoming St. Mary’s County Oyster Festival & US National Oyster Shucking Championship Contest (10/17-18, Leonardtown, MD).



Eating some yummy Rockfish sandwiches at Calypso Bay Crab House in Solomon's Island - the best view and food in the harbor! (Family-friendly while the sun's still up...)
